Let me start with being honest, this has become my Pumpkin Pie replacement. Yes, I said it. I don’t make Pumpkin Pie anymore, that’s how good this is. Most of us typically have a 2:1 whipped cream to pumpkin pie ratio anyway. This is everything we love about whipped cream and pumpkin pie, it is truly delightful!

So what is Pumpkin Delight?

A thick, loaded graham cracker crust, layered with rich cream cheese, sweet vanilla pumpkin, whipped cream and topped with more loaded crust greatness.
